Julie Clayton

I’ve been in construction since 2013, with experience in rough and finish wood framing, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, drywall installation and finishing, tiling, painting, and trim work.


What I value most is working as a true team. Everyone is focused on the same goal: delivering a finished product and experience that exceeds the client’s expectations. That alignment allows us to make adjustments along the way that enhance the client’s original vision.


The most important lessons I’ve learned are the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and clear communication. Clients aren’t typically immersed in construction, so explaining the process helps build trust and keeps projects running smoothly. When everyone works together, the result is a better experience and a better outcome.

I have been in the construction industry for 11 years, providing both residential and commercial plumbing services.
